I've recently completed a Masters level Diploma in Integrative Healthcare with the National Centre for Integrative Medicine.

I continue to support people with their wellbeing on the Unmind platform and in the NHS as a Social Prescribing Link Worker for Southmead Development Trust and Healthwest PCN, Bristol.
